Visit The Metro Wine Bar & Bistro, a neighborhood favorite for groundbreaking world-class meals and wine. This establishment has been serving its community for over 30 years since its opening in 1988. Here, you can enjoy an entire fine dining meal in a chic atmosphere. You can also catch up with friends at the wine bar with some high-quality appetizers. At the wine bar, you can choose from over 300 choices. If you’re a vegetarian, ask about seasonal meals.

You’re going to want to order these top-tier meals from the dinner menu:

  • Sauteed veal liver with caramelized onions.
  • Grilled pork tenderloin with eggplant relish and mango chutney, red wine sauce.

While it’s new to the fine dining scene, having only opened in September 2021, the kitchen knows how to make exquisite meals inspired by Indigenous peoples. You can pair your meal with a visit to the museum, you and your party can enjoy an immersive experience. Thirty Nine Restaurant is also open to all patrons, so you don’t have to visit the museum to eat there. The kitchen uses traditional ingredients, recognizing and honoring 39 Native tribes.

Here are some scrumptious lunch choices you can order:

  • Chimichurri turkey cutlets.
  • Corn, butternut, and mixed greens salad.
  • Hominy stew.
  • Three Sisters and Grains.

This location is a special fine dining establishment because it accommodates only 22 guests with a tasting menu in the downtown area. The menu comprises Oklahoma-focused meals with ideas inspired by local farmers, prairies, and wood. Using the website, you have two reservation options. One is booking a private event for you and your guests. The other option is reserving your table for an experience.

Most events offer a 10-course tasting experience with menu options that change each time you visit. If you have dietary restrictions, the staff can accommodate you if you provide ample notice.

Red PrimeSteak
