Curtis was an absolute asset from start to finish! We came in to see a new GX550 but they were back ordered for several months. We visited Eskridge Lexus to look at a used 2013 BMW X3 28i xDrive. The representative we met with, Marcos Ramirez, was excellent. He answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, and was very knowledgeable and friendly, which made for a great experience. I was hesitant as there are known bugs with this particular vehicle. However, Marcos walked me through all of the settings and options to ensure I understood the controls. Dealer was professional, although after I purchased the vehicle on my way home I noticed a chip in the windshield. When I called to speak with them about it, I was informed that it had been filled. My daughter ran her finger Over the crack, it caught her fingernail.

My wife and I were passing through Oklahoma City on 8/20/26 and started to experience some loss in power and a check engine light on our Lexus 2020 NX300, which we love. Over the years, my experience with sales personnel at dealerships has generally been agonizing and stressful. Ladarryl was an exception: I’ll say he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He put on some pressure, but no more than what I have dealt with in the past. I liked him and felt that I got a relatively good deal. He’s a good guy, and I would buy another car from him.
Overall I am very satisfied with the buying experience at it was fairly quick. I had a very good experience with my salesman who was eager to help in any way possible.
I'm not sure I can even find words to explain just how satisfied I was with working with Emma. Hands down this was the smoothest car buying experience that i've ever had. Emma wise, fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable about the product. She was patient with my indecision on which vehicle I wanted? And she responded quickly to any of my requests. The Lexus Experience is a real thing at Eskridge Lexus in Oklahoma City. From the first encounter in their showroom with all the great Lexus models, to buying your new car you are treated like family. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Their service department is fantastic as well! Not only do they treat you like family they treat your car with exceptional service, and free coffee, snacks and car washes to boot.
