They treat me very well. I've had little to no concerns regarding work they've done for me. Their customer lounge is always well stocked with carbonated drinks, water and a coffee machine. They often have fruit and put out pastries that go pretty quickly.
Had really good service here last time but you absolutely need to call ahead and deal with the right person. I was given incorrect information about a replacement keyfob when I called over the phone- got the actual details when I arrived. The rep I worked with was very courteous and a good guy, helped me out on some things. Will definitely be back to get my GS 350 serviced. That being said it's a Lexus dealership so don't expect to walk out with a bill that compares favorably to Gino's local auto shop. Loaners are nice though.
Ask for Sonny. He is the best. I went there to purchase (not a Lexus--lol) yet they still treated me like a queen. I am a teacher and have been saving 8 years to flat out buy a new used car. I went in, wrote a check, had some laughs,and great coffee, and was on my way home. No pressure, just lots of respect and kindness. Everyone hugged at the end of the transaction. I am forever grateful that God/the universe led me there.
