My service advisor was Stephanie and she is always outstanding! I had a flat that ruined my tire, they replaced and also did an oil change. In addition, I needed some paint touched up+ and they gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. I will be scheduling my GX460 for that work as well. Earle was great to work with. Everything was as mentioned. The Used vehicle sold was as clean almost like a new car. 2007 LS460 with 55k miles. All went well Flew in from Texas - drove the car home to TX. The paperwork process took longer than expected, they didn’t have that process down in that department. All other departments of the company went smooth.
